Dr. Brook and Roberta were great to work with. Both very kind and helpful through the whole process. Dr. Brook helped me through getting the right contacts & Roberta helped me pick out a new pair of glasses. Would recommend Mentor Family EyeCare.

Giving 5 stars for the exam part, great staff great work and friendly, it was a breeze, if they had a star for having glasses ready in an hour I would have gave them a 5 star ,if they make the glasses there , but they don’t ,they have to send the prescription out to have them made! Takes about 2 weeks the lady told me , but great Service

From the moment I walked in until the time I left, I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine friendliness by everyone in the office. Dr. Tedesco was extremely attentive and thorough throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, answered every question and concern I had about my eyes, and never made me feel rushed. I truly appreciated how detailed and preventive she is when it comes to eye health. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and wants to ensure they receive the best care possible. The entire experience made me feel comfortable, valued, and confident in the care I received. LOVE THIS CLINIC!!!! From the phone call through the entire appointment…..every person there was sweet and made me feel cared for. Dr. Kane was amazing!!!! Patient, kind, knowledgeable, etc. I’ve never felt comfortable at eye clinics. I highly recommend!!!! You won’t be sorry!!!

Dr Tedesco and her whole staff of very caring technicians and super friendly front desk made this an excellent experience. Had my eye examined for a possibly eye infection. They staff was so caring and understanding about my needs. They gave me an amazing experience, while being in a nervous situation.

Came in about a week ago cause my cat scratched my eye. They accepted my insurance with no hiccups, and the staff was very freidnly and happy to help me.
